The preformed endotracheal tube oral is a medical device intended for oral intubation and airway management. The tube is ETO sterilized and designed for single-use only to prevent infections.

Intended Purpose: To establish and maintain a patent airway and ensure adequate exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide.

Usage Instructions:

1. Check patient's trachea to select appropriate specification.
2. Remove sterile tube from packaging carefully.
3. Check lumen patency prior to intubation.
4. Intubate using accepted medical techniques and a laryngoscope.
5. Secure the tube properly.
6. Monitor patient conditions and clean sputum regularly.
7. Extubate following medical standards and dispose of the tube.

Contraindications:

• Throat edema and acute inflammation of trachea.
• Tracheal compression of thoracic aortic aneurysm.
• Severe bleeding or cervical spinal injuries.

Cautions:

• Single use only. Do not use if expired or if package is damaged.
• Intubation period should not exceed 30 days.
• Do not apply laser on the tube.
