Nylon suture is a monofilament surgical suture synthesized by polyamide 6 and / or polyamide 6.6. As a non-absorbable suture, it meets all requirements of the USP for surgical applications. The smooth surface of the monofilament structure prevents bacterial colonization and capillarity.
Technical Features:
The suture utilizes high-quality stainless steel needles produced via drilling technology. This realizes the integration of needle and thread, ensuring smooth penetration with minimal tissue damage. It is highly suitable for eye surgery, orthopedic surgery, and skin closure.

Nylon Sutures are indicated for use in general surgery, including soft tissue ligation and cardiovascular, ophthalmic, and neurological procedures. They are particularly effective in plastic and reconstructive surgery where smooth passage and minimal reaction are required.
Note: Nylon Sutures should not be used where permanent retention of tensile strength is required for extended periods, such as in certain cardiac or central nervous system procedures.
With advanced production facilities and a focus on medical synthetic materials, the manufacturing process adheres to international standards. The facility includes the production of absorbable and non-absorbable sutures, surgical needles, and orthopedic casting materials, exporting to over 70 countries across Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
